Necessary materials:
. 2 tablespoons of peanuts,
. 3 bunches of fresh basil,
. 2 cloves of garlic,
. Salt, pepper,
. 6 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese,
. 1/2 cup of olive oil,
. 1 pack of spaghetti pasta.
Preparation of:
Roast the peanuts in a pan without oil until they turn pink. Wash the basil leaves and drain with a towel. Peel the garlic and finely chop it all. Prepare the pesto by mashing the basil, garlic, salt, and peanuts with a mixer. Add the grated cheddar cheese and oil and mix. Then sweeten it with black pepper. Boil the pasta in salted water and mix with pesto and serve.
